02 Dec LADIES CHRISTMAS LUNCHEON 2017

On a sunny December 2nd afternoon, brethren of Spry and Tottenham Lodges along with their families hosted the widowed Ladies of our dear departed brethren. A glorious lunch at the local Whistle Stop fine dinning restaurant in Beeton was enjoyed by all. Kind worded speeches were made by our Worshipful Master Jeff Johnson and Mrs. Rita Bennet. Gifts and cards were presented to the ladies who were able to attend and beautiful Christmas cards signed by the brethren were mailed to those who were unable. I would like to thank all the brethren and wives who RSVP’ed, attended, and contributed both financially and in preparing the cards and place settings and acquiring the gifts and cakes. This is such a worthwhile event and really the epitome of what it means to be a Mason. It’s not just a handshake, a ring, or a bumpersticker. It’s your actions. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
